· practical aspect the only access to both north and south Airport
Ro~d ia for the petitioner to obtain permission to use Emerald Lakes
Boulevard. He mdvised that if the petitioner is unable to obtain this
p~rmlssion then the only access which will be permitted by the
?ranaportation Depart~nt to Airport Road will be a right turn in and
a right turn out from the property. He reported that this ts the best
stipulation Which c·n be recoms~ended for the PUD without going Into a

In regards to right-of-way, Hr. Archlb·ld stated that If the peti-
tioner Is required to provide a turn lane on Atrport Road, the

Hr. Archibald pointed out that at the site development planning

approved by the County Attornayes Office. Ne added that Staff recom-
~de that the resolution to vacate be agproved with stipulations. He
pointed out that one stipulation Is that the Item on todayfs consent
