ORDER Based upon the foregoing,and pursuant to the authority granted in Chapter 162,Florida Statutes, and Collier County Ordinance No. 07-44, as amended, it is hereby ORDERED: A. The Respondents' Motion for Continuance of this case is GRANTED until June 22,2015. B. All parties shall be re-noticed for the subsequent hearing date. C. Respondents are ordered to pay the operational costs incurred in prosecuting this case in the amount of 65.85 on or before May 23, 2015.
