You hereby are authorized and directed to make the following change(s) in accordance
with terms and conditions of the Agreement # 10-5541: A onetime change to add $1,500,000
destination marketing expenditures for FY 14 to include paid media and production reflecting a
discounted agency commission of ten percent (10%) for Change Order #5 only. The Board
approved contract rate is normally fifteen percent(15%) pursuant to Section 3.2 Agency Fee.
