Addendum PROPERTY ADDRESS: 2820 39"'Avenue NE, Naples, FL 34120 ADDENDUM THIS ADDENDUM is entered into effective as of the 29th day of May, 2009, by and between the U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, on Behalf of the Holders of CSMC Mortgage backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-5, Seller, and COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, Buyer. Buyer and Seiler entered into that certain Agreement for Sale and Purchase dated April 16, 2009, together with attached Addenda (the "Agreement"). Subsequent to entering into the Agreement and pursuant to provision of the Agreement, Buyer and Seller wish to append the Agreement with the following additional terms and conditions: 4 1. Paragraph 3 is changed to provide that the Closing Date shall be on or before June 12,2009. 2. Seller agrees to waive any and all requirements for payment of a per diem extension fee as set forth in the Agreement. Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise herein.
