Argo Warm Springs, LLP on the one hand, and The Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County, Florida on the other hand, hereby release and forever discharge each other, together with their
board members, partners, officers, members, representatives, agents and affiliates from any and all
claims, demands, causes of action, of any kind or nature that ever existed, whether discovered or
undiscovered, whether known or unknown, whether latent or otherwise, pertaining to paragraph 5 of the
Replacement Developer Agreement Warm Springs dated January 27, 2015 from the beginning of the
world to the signing of this Release.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Release to be executed by their
