CORRECTIVE EASEMENT
(Made to Correct Error in Legal Description of Easement Recorded in OR 1681, PG 1043)
THIS EASEMENT, made and entered into this ~._~.~-~ day of {~Cl/'~,,'~. , 1999,
by DAVID P. BISHOP, JR., PENSION TRUST, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), and
COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is
3301 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, its successors and assigns (hereinafter
referred to as 'Grantee").
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" are used for singular or
plural, as the context requires, and include all the parties to this instrument and their
respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.)
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency o1' which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, a perpetual,
non-exclusive easement, license, and privilege to construct, install, operate and maintain any
and all manner of roadway, drainage and utility facilities over, under, across and upon the
following described lands located in Collier County, Florida, to wit
The North 20 feet of the South 70 feet of the East One Half (1/2)
of the following described property:
The Southeast Quarter (SE %) of the Southwest Quarter (SW %)
of the Southwest Quarter (SW %), LESS and except the East 200 feet thereof,
of Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
This Is NOT the Homestead Property of the Grantor.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee together with the right to enter
upon said Jands and to deposit and/or remove soils, rock and vegetation for the purpose of
constructing, installing, operating, and maintaining roadway, drainage and utility fadlities
thereon.
