As you can see it contained the satisfactions for both 16-D-1 and 16-D-6, although the routing sheet only referenced Item 16-D-1. These were two separate agenda items and should have been routed separately. This is why Kathy C. (correctly) sent a reminder regarding 16-D-6 and why Minutes and Records have no record of receiving 16-D-6. By copy of this letter to Martha Vergara, she can correct the Clerk's records for this meeting. I will take Item 16-D-6 off our reminder list as well.
