Fines and pipes, service and pump stations, and other equipment or improvements appurtenant
thereto or thereunder for the purpose of constructing, operating, and maintaining utility lacihties
thereon. Grantor and Grantee are used for singular or plural, as the context requires. The
easement granted herein shall constitute easements running with Ihe land and shall burden the
