The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date of BCC approval of the VF document or the final negotiated contract date whichever is applicable. 6. "Sign here"tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's VF signature and initials are required. 7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip VF should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE. Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines! 8. Attachment l 0 RESOLUTION NO. 2015- 51 A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 129.03, FLORIDA STATUTES, REQUIRING THE FY 16 TENTATIVE BUDGETS OF THE SHERIFF, THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS AND THE CLERK TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS BY MAY 1,2015. WHEREAS, Chapter 129, Florida Statutes, addressing the County annual budget, provides specifically in Section 129.03, Florida Statutes, that the Board of County Commissioners may, by resolution, require the tentative budgets of the Sheriff,the Supervisor of Elections and the Clerk to be submitted by May 1 of each year. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, pursuant to Section 129.03, Florida Statutes, that the Sheriff, the Supervisor of Elections and the Clerk of the County of Collier, Florida, are hereby required to submit their respective tentative budgets for the FY 16 fiscal year to the Board of County Commissioners by May 1, 2015. This Resolution shall be effective on its adoption. This Resolution adopted this 10th day of March, 2015, after motion, second and majority vote.
