WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 2013-166, Petitioner, Josh Fruth of Davidson
Engineering, Inc., has requested the vacation of the County's interest in the 15-foot County
Utility Easement(C.U.E.)running through Tract A of Briarwood Plaza, as recorded in Plat Book
17, pages 24 through 25 of the public records of Collier County, Florida, located in Section 31,
