WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED is made this 1 day of 1 ,Y`rl\, 2014, by WILLIAM D. WILLIAMS, III, a
single man, whose post office address is P.O. Box 415, Everglades City, Florida 34139 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"),
to the COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 3335 Tamiami Trail
East, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, (hereinafter referred to as"Grantee").
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and their respective
heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and
confirms unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in Collier County, Florida,to wit:
Lot 2, Block 27, Replat of Blocks 4, 5, 10, 27, 28, 32 and Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, and 14, Block 31 and Block 9, Except
Lot 1, of the TOWN OF EVERGLADES, per plat in Plat Book 3, at Page 73, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Subject to easements, restrictions,and reservations of record.
This is NOT Homestead property
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor.hereby covenants with said Grantee that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that
the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all
encumbrances except as noted above.

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, duly authorized to take acknowledgments and administer oaths,
personally appeared WILLIAM D. WILLIAMS, III, hereinafter referred to as "Affiant," who, after being by me first
duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That Affiant is the owner of the real property located in Collier County, Florida as described on the
attached Exhibit"A":
2. That it has been brought to the Affiant's attention that there are outstanding Final Judgments/Liens
against a party whose name is similar to that of Affiant, which Final Judgments/Liens may cause an
objection to the title of the real property described'in Exhibit"A."
3. That Affiant is not the individual identified as WILLIAM WILLIAMS described in the following matters:
Order of the Special Master Imposing Fines recorded in O.R. Book 4268, Page 3924
dated May 4, 2007.
Default Final Judgment recorded in O.R. Book 4650, Page 1627 dated September 13,
2010.
4. That Affiant is familiar with the nature of an oath; and with the penalties provided by the laws of the
State of Florida for falsely swearing to statements made in an instrument of this nature.
5. That Affiant is over the age of 21.
6. That Affiant has seen and read a copy of the above-described Final Judgments/Liens.
7. Further, Affiant sayeth naught.
