Attached you will find one (1) Utility Easement for execution by Chairwoman Pamela S.
Mac'Kie concerning the above transaction. Please be advised that Thomas Palmer,
Assistant County Attorney, has reviewed and approved the attached document.
The Executive Summary authorizing the Chairwoman of the Board of County
Commissioners to execute the attached Utility Easement was approved by the Board of
County Commissioners in Resolution 99-56, Item 16(d)(3) dated January 12, 1999.
Once the Utility Easement has been executed, please forward same to Tom Olliff so he
can forward it to the proper depadment..

UTILITY EASEMENT
TillS EASEMENT, is granted effective on the 1 I"' day of June, 1999, by COLLIER
COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of thc State of Florida ("Grantor"), to the BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS EX-OFFICIO
TltE GOVERNING BOARD OF TtfE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER
DISTRICT. its successors and assigns. "Grantee"}.
WITNESSETH: Grantor, for valuable consideration conveyed by Grantee, the
sufficicncy and receipt thereof is acknowledged, hereby conveys, grants, bargains and
sells unto thc Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual, non-exclusive easement,
license, and privilege to enter upon, install and maintain utility facilities, in, on, over and
ureter the following described lands located in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
See attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference; Prepared by Wilson,
Miller at al, 6-9-99, sheet I of 1, File Number 1C-20, Sec. 33, T 50 S, R 26 E.
TO HAVE AND TO IIOLD the same unto the Grantee and its assigns, together with the
right to enter upon said land, excavate, and install, locate and relocate waler and
wastewatcr utility facilities thereon and therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has causcd these presents to be executed effective
retroactively on the date and year first above written. This Easement is hereby accepted
on behalf of tt~e Collier County Water-Sewer District ("Grantee"). This Easement shall
be recorded in thc Land Records of Collier County, Florida.
