RELATING TO PETITION NUMBER V-90-11, FOR A
VARIANCE ON PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
• IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
• WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in Chapter

I, Edward T. Key of Consoer, Townsend & Associates, as

stipulations requested by the Collier County Planning
Commission in their ublic hearing g on August 2, 1990. •
1. Where lights protrude above the fifteen (15) foot
berm/fence combination and they are visible to •
pedestrians or motorists along St. Andrews Boulevard,
every effort shall be made to plant trees on top of
' It or nearby the berm and shield the lights in order to
mitigate the glare from these lights.
43').x, 2. The County Utilities Division shall meet with
.,x. ,,' representatives of the Tanglewood Villas of Lely
Homeowner's Association within 21 days after being
, ' , contacted by the association to discuss the
neighborhood's landscaping concerns along the berm. ( '
