PURCHASE AGREEMENT
THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement";
made and entered into by and between MARIA VICTORIA VASQUEZ, LUZ ESTELLA
· VASQUEZ AND CARLOS ALFONSO VASQUEZ, JR., as joint tenants with rights
survivorship (hereinafter referred to as "Owner"), and COLLIER COUNTY, a
subdivision of the State of Florida. its successors and assigns (hereinafter referred to
"Purchaser"):
WHEREAS, the Purchaser requires a fee estate in that certain parcel of r¢~,~l
property (hereinafter referred to as "Property"), located in Collier County, Stab; ~,!
Florida, and being more particularly described as;
Fhe Nodh One Half (Nl/2) of Tract 15, Golden Gate Estates Unit 5. as recorded
in Plat Book 4, Page 91, of Ihe Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
WHEREAS, Owner desires to convey the Properly to Purchaser for the
purposes, on the terms and conditions set forth herein; and
WHEREAS, Purchaser has agreed to compensate Owner for conveyance el

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of these premises, the sum of Ten

Owner shall convey the Properly to Purchaser by Warranly Deed for the sum
$40,000, payable by County Warrant (said transaction hereinafter referred to
the "Closing"). Said payment shall be full compensation for the Proper~v
conveyed, including all landscaping, trees, shrubs, improvements, and fixtur,:,.
located lher(;on, and for any damages resulting to Owner's remaimng lands,
for all other damages in connection with conveyance of said Property
Purchaser.
Prior to Closing, Owner shall obtain from the holders of any liens, except,-.,m;
and/or qualificalions encumbering the Property, the execuhon of such instrumen',:~
which will remove or release such encumbrances from the Property upon
recording in the public records of Collier County, Florida. Owner shall prow¢!~;
such instruments, properly executed, to Purchaser on or before the date of
Closing.
This Agreement shall be null and void, and of no further force or effect,

extend the term of this Agreement pending receipt of such instruments, properly
executed, which either remove or release any and all such liens, encumbrances

Conveyance of the Property by Owner is contingent upon no other provis~ons
conditions, or premises other than those so stated above; and the wr~tter~
Agreement, including all exhibits attached hereto, shall constitute the
Agreement and understanding of the parties, and there are no other prior ,~r
contemporaneous written or oral agreemenls, undertakings, promises, warranho~-,
or covenants not contained herein.
