Pebblebrooke Lakes, Phase Two. This document has been reviewed
by Engineering Review and the County Attorney's Office. Collier
County.Resolution No. 93-t47 provides for the administrati~;e
approval of preliminary work authorizations. Please have the
Chairman sign the document and forward to the Clerk's office.

approval.
b. Owner submitting to the ('Otllllv ;.t copy of the early work permit or actual permit from thc
South Florida Wa~cr Management l)istrict fi~r all matters included in thc.jurisdiction of thc South
Florida Water Management District, which conlbrms with thc Preliminary Work Release plans
submitted to the County.
SECTION 4 - API'I~,()VAI.S

SECTION 5 - INDI~MNIFICATION

considerat ion.
