SECTION 6 RESTRICTIONS This Agreement shall be binding upon thc parties and is not transl'crabtc. SECTION 7 I.IMII'A'FIONS This Agreement shall expire thirty (30) days from thc date of the issuance of thc F'reliminary Work Permits if thc pr0ject's final plat is not submitted to the Board of C'~mnty ConunissJoncr's for approval pursuant to I)ivision 3.2 of the I,and I)evclopmcm C'odc. unless thc Owner is delayed in having his final plat reviewed by thc ltoard due to thc fault of tile County. All work approved by this Agreement must cease and not restart it' thc final plat is not submitted and I'age 3 of 5 approved by the Board of County Commissioners within this authorization period. No work is authorized under this Agreement prior to satisfying tile conditions (a) through (c) itl Section 3 of this Agreement.
