Respondent ORDER OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD IMPOSING FINES/LIENS THIS CAUSE came on for public hearing before the Board upon the Respondent's Motion for Extension of Time to Comply,and the Code Enforcement Board,having reviewed the Motion,all associated documents and heard argument respective to all appropriate matters, issues the following Order: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. Respondent,Anthony Dinorcia, Sr., LLC is the owner of the subject property. 2. Respondent was notified of the date of hearing by certified mail and posting and the Code Enforcement Board has jurisdiction of this matter. 3. Respondent,having been duly notified,appeared at the public hearing in person and by counsel, Peter T. Flood, Esq. 4. The real property located at 3963 Domestic Avenue,Naples, FL, Folio 274560004,more particularly described as the East'/2 of the South '/2 of the North 658.60 feet of the South 1347.20 feet of the West'/2 of the East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 36,Township 49 South, Range 25 East,Collier County, Florida, less the South 30.00 feet thereof, is in violation of Ordinance 04-41,as amended,the Collier County Land Development Code, Sections 10.02.06(B)(1)(a), 10.02.06(B)(1)(e)and 10.02.06(B)(1)(e)(i), in the following particulars: Numerous unpermitted structures,including office canopy structures,silos,and buildings. 5. An Extension of Time was granted until November 23,2012. 6. An Extension of Time was granted until May 24,2013. 7. A Continuance was granted until July 25,2013. 8. An Extension of Time was granted until January 21,2014. 9. An Extension of Time was granted until June 27,2014. 10. On July 15,2014,Respondent requested an extension of time to comply. 11. Operational costs of$147.29 have been paid. 12. The violation has not been abated as of the date of the hearing. ORDER Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact,and pursuant to the authority granted in Chapter 162, Florida Statutes,and Collier County Ordinance No.2007-44,as amended, it is hereby ORDERED: A. Respondent's Motion for Extension of Time to Comply is DENIED. B. Daily fines of$200.00 per day are assessed against the Respondent for 27 days for the period from June 28,2014 to July 24,2014 for a total amount of fines of$5,400.00. C. Respondent shall pay operational costs for the Imposition of Fines hearing in the amount of$66.74. D. Respondent is ordered to pay fines and costs in the total amount of $5.466.74 or be subject to Notice of Assessment of Lien against all properties owned by Respondents in Collier County, Florida. E.
