Hello,
You are receiving this letter today as a reminder regarding the Quarterlv Client List
Update for Lobbyists. We haven't received your quarterly update. You may mail your
copy/s or e-mail them. If you have more than one lobbyist that works for your company
(that's already registered), send a list so that we may update their file as well. If there is a
certain person for your company that handles lobbyist information please let our office
know.
Unfortunately our website is still under construction and, until it is completed, we are
taking the updates in person, via regular mail, and via e-mail (unless you are registering).

2003-53, AS AMENDED (ALSO KNOWN AS THE COLLIER COUNTY
ETHICS ORDINANCE), BY AMENDING SECTION SEVEN TO
REQUIRE LOBBYISTS TO REGISTER QUARTERLY AND UPDATE THE
NAMES OF THOSE ENTITIES BY WHOM THEY HAVE BEEN
EMPLOYED TO LOBBY AND ALSO REQUIRING DISCLOSURE OF THE
NAME OR IDENTITY OF THOSE EMPLOYING A LOBBYIST
WHENEVER A LOBBYIST ENGAGES IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES;
PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE CODE OF LAWS AND
ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT AND SEVERABILITY;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
