Please arrange to have this material trimmed or removed as necessary and repair damaged facilities to assure that the damage will not spread. • Planted vegetation is obstructing sight lines,overhanging the roadway,sidewalk or illegally planted within the Right-Of-Way and is in violation of the Collier County Land Development Code(Section 4.06.01). Please remove the excess material as required to assure adequate sight lines or overhead clearance or remove the plantings. (Roadways to Right of Way line,or clear zone,and 15ft.overhead. Is obstructing the line of sight causing vehicles to pull too far into the intersection encroaching in the sidewalk and creating a dangerous situation for pedestrians and other vehicles, the trees need to be removed as soon as possible to ensure safety for all the public.
