Because of my job and the various Boards I served on, I was always very careful with my personal transaction, since my profession was always in the public eye. This is my understanding of the history of our home at 1205 Orchid Ave. in Immokalee, Florida. 1. Our house was built in 1976 2. The chain link fence in question was installed in 1983 by the 1S' Baptist Church in Immokalee 3. The previous owners acquired the property to the above address in 1989 4. Previous owners installed a dog house and a Ted Shed in 1989 to the above address 5. After completion of my survey I had done in 1996, I learned the chain link fence was not along the property lines. 6. As you are aware in the 80's Immokalee had it's own Planning and Building Department 7. Naples Barnett Bank via a completed Title Search, found no problems with the property when they gave us a mortgage for..1205 Orchid Ave. Immokalee, Florida 34142 8. My wife and I cannot believe that there were "no permits" pulled for the Ted Shed. 9. I would like an extention to do a thorough search of the County's records to find the permits.
