WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made this day of , 2014, by
COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office
address is 3299 Tamiami Trail East, do the Office of the County Attorney, Suite 800,
Naples, Florida 34112 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") to UNITY OF NAPLES,
INCORPORATED, a non-profit Florida corporation, whose mailing address is 2000
Unity Way, Naples, Florida 34112 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties
to this instrument and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and
assigns. Grantor and Grantee are used for singular or plural, as the context requires.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and
confirms unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
"The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
8, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County Florida.
Containing 10.36 acres more or less.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, conditions and easements of record, and utilities
remaining in place and in use, of any. This property cannot be used for outdoor
advertising purposes."
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the Grantor is lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to
sell and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that
said land is free of all encumbrances except as noted above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has signed and sealed these
presents the day and year first above written.
