Memorandum f 1 f<OROP TO: Minutes & Records Management FROM: Sue Zimmerman Sr. Property Acquisition Specialist Real Property Management DATE: February 14, 2014 RE: NSP — Sale of 3870 4th Ave NE Agenda Item 17B — Dec. 1, 2009 Agenda Item 16D2 — Oct. 12, 2010 Agenda Item 10A— Dec. 13, 2011 The resale of properties acquired by Collier County as part of the NSP program was approved under the several Agenda Items referenced above. Attached please find the original Statutory Deed signed November 19, 2013 by Commissioner Hiller. After this deed was prepared and signed, the title company provided an updated title commitment which included an updated legal description. In order to reflect the full legal, we had to prepare a new deed for signing. Please attest to Commissioner Henning's signature as Chairman on the new Statutory Deed. Since this closing will be handled by the title company, we will need to deliver the original Statutory Deed to them for closing. We will provide a copy of the Statutory Deed once recorded.
