AMENDMENT TO SALE AND PURCHASE CONTRACT
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between COLLIER COUNTY, a Political
Subdivision of the State of Florida, (Seller) and LETISIA GARCIA CASTILLO, a single
woman, (Purchaser). Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain "As Is" Contract for Sale
and Purchase effective as of November 15, 2013 (the "Agreement"). Purchaser and Seller wish
to amend the Agreement with the following terms and conditions:
1. Lines 115-117 of the Agreement are revised to reflect, notwithstanding any other
provisions of the Agreement; that borrower has been awarded $40800 for down payment and
closing costs.
Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Purchaser and the
Seller remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein,
and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise
herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Purchaser and Seller have executed this Amendment as of the dates
hereinafter stated.

For informational purposes, Fifth Third, the Lender for Letisia Garcia Castillo, the Purchaser
under the Nov. 15, 2013 As Is Contract for Sale and Purchase, requested that Lines 115-17
be revised to delete reference to the breakdown of down payment assistance and closing
costs.
