Any changes in the registered agent or office. 2. The housing authority's public meeting schedule which are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month. 3. Public facilities report, if applicable (initial, annual notice of any changes and updated reports). No Changes in Public Facilities Report — Not Attached. 4. Upon request, the housing authority's budget. 5. Copy of audit for September 30, 2013. Therefore, we are providing you with a copy of our annual filing notice for the registered agent or office and a copy of the housing authority's meeting schedule for fiscal year 2013 -2014.
