I am aware of the deadlines, and that we had previously given approval, which is why when we
realized there were errors we moved with all haste to correct. Again, our apologies, but I very rarely
send a correction request after an item has been submitted to the NDN, so I fail to understand your
comment that "we cannot keep revising them."

In the title... can you remove "as amended" that follows Ordinance Number 92 -7 (on the second line); next after
Ordinance Number 92 -07 on the second line, it should read ...... the R. Roberts Estate PUD" and
On the 6t" line down it should read... R. Roberts Estate Mixed Use..."
They added "R." before Roberts and removed the "s" at the end of Estate.
Hope that makes sense.

SUMMARY OF LOT VARIANCES THROUGHOUT THE PARK
There is considerable variance of lot sizes throughout the park. The most common repeating lot size are
as follows:
➢ There are 101 of the 4400 square feet "on -lake lots ";
➢ The next most common repeating lot size is the 5280 square feet "off -lake lots on the North side" of
the park. There are 54 of these lots.
➢ The least common repeating lot size is the 3850 square feet "off -lake lots on the South side" of the
park. There are 44 of these lots.
➢ There are 32 lots that vary in size between 4401 square feet and 5279 square feet.
➢ There are 53 lots that vary in size between 5281 square feet and 7000 square feet; and,
➢ There are 5 lots in the park that are over 7000 square feet.
There is a common dimension of lot width at 55 feet in all of the different repeating lot sizes referenced
above. The square footage variance in these lots is a result of the different lot depths of 70 feet, 80 feet
and 96 feet.
➢ The on -lake lots have a depth of 80 feet.
➢ The off -lake lots on the South side of the park have depths of 70 feet.
➢ The off -lake lots on the North side of the park have depths of 96 feet.
➢ Some of the off -lake lots along Coach Lane and Southern Breeze going into the trailer parking area
have depths of 80 feet as do the lots on the cul -de -sacs both on and off lake.
