In the title... can you remove "as amended" that follows Ordinance Number 92 -7 (on the second line); next after Ordinance Number 92 -07 on the second line, it should read ...... the R. Roberts Estate PUD" and On the 6t" line down it should read... R. Roberts Estate Mixed Use..." They added "R." before Roberts and removed the "s" at the end of Estate. Hope that makes sense. There are 54 of these lots. ➢ The least common repeating lot size is the 3850 square feet "off -lake lots on the South side" of the park. There are 44 of these lots. ➢ There are 32 lots that vary in size between 4401 square feet and 5279 square feet. ➢ There are 53 lots that vary in size between 5281 square feet and 7000 square feet; and, ➢ There are 5 lots in the park that are over 7000 square feet. There is a common dimension of lot width at 55 feet in all of the different repeating lot sizes referenced above.
