Order of the Special Magistrate dated October 7, 2011, a certified copy of which
was recorded on October 19, 2011, in O.R. Book 4728, Pages 2019, et seq., of the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida, against the real and personal property
owned by Lennar Homes, LLC which are the subject of Collier County Code
Enforcement Case No. PU-4732 has been discharged in full.
The matters referenced in the Order are not considered ongoing violations.
