and Conclusions of Law and thereupon issued its oral Order which was reduced to writing on October 4,2012
and furnished to Respondent and was recorded in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida at OR 4844, PG 268
on October 9,2012. The Ordered covered the real property located at 480 8th Street N.E.,Naples, Florida 34120,
Folio39260480004,more particularly described as the South 165 feet of Tract 10,GOLDEN GATE ESTATES,
UNIT No.49,according to the Plat thereof,recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 80 and 81,of the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida.
An Affidavit of Non-Compliance has been filed with the Board by the Code Enforcement Official on
August 21,2013,which Affidavit certified under oath that the required corrective action has not been taken as
ordered.
Accordingly, it having been brought to the Board's attention that Respondent has not complied with the
Order dated October 4,2012, it is hereby
ORDERED,that the Respondent,Thu-Nhut Nguyen pay to Collier County fines in the amount of
$36,600.00(Order Item I and 3)for the period of January 26,2013 through September 26,2013 (244 days)at
$150.00 per day plus$81.43 operational costs incurred for the imposition of fines, for a total of$36,681.43.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the fines and operational costs shall continue to accrue until Respondent
comes into compliance or until Judgment is rendered in a suit to foreclose on a lien filed pursuant to Section 162.09
Florida Statutes.
Any aggrieved party may appeal a final order of the Board to the Circuit Court within thirty(30)days of
