An Affidavit of Non-Compliance has been filed with the Board by the Code Enforcement Official on May
10,2013,which Affidavit certified under oath that the required corrective action has not been taken as ordered.
Accordingly, it having been brought to the Board's attention that Respondent has not complied with the
Order dated March 4,2013, it is hereby
ORDERED,that the Respondent, Saddlebrook Apartments,LLC,pay to Collier County fines in the amount
of$12,000.00(Order Items 3 &4)at a rate of$500.00/day for the period of April 30,2013 through May 23,2013
(24 days),plus the operational costs of$82.29,for a total of$12,082.29.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the fines shall continue to accrue until Respondent comes into
compliance or until Judgment is rendered in a suit to foreclose on a lien filed pursuant to Section 162.09 Florida
Statutes.
Any aggrieved party may appeal a final order of the Board to the Circuit Court within thirty(30)days of

THIS CAUSE came on for public hearing before the Board on September 27,2012,after due notice to
Respondents at which time the Board heard testimony under oath,received evidence,and issued its Findings of Fact
and Conclusions of Law and thereupon issued its oral Order which was reduced to writing on October 4,2012,and
furnished to Respondents and was recorded in the Public Records of Collier County,Florida at OR 4844, PG 289,
et. seq.on October 9,2012 covering the real property located at 12355 Collier Blvd., Unit G,Naples, Florida 34116,
Folio 56200000142,more particularly described as Units E, F,G,H, I,J,K and L of the M.B.W. Building,a
Condominium,according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,recorded in Official records Book 1171,Page
1338,of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
An Affidavit of Non-Compliance has been filed with the Board by the Code Enforcement Official on April
30,2013,which Affidavit certified under oath that the required corrective action has not been taken as ordered.
Accordingly, it having been brought to the Board's attention that Respondents have not complied with the
Order dated October 4,2012,it is hereby
ORDERED,that the Respondents,Peter Salazar Lopez and Monica O.Coariti DeSalazar,pay to Collier
County fines in the amount of$4,800.00(Order Items I &2)at a rate of$200/day for the period of April 30,2013
through May 23,2013 (24 days). The operational costs have been paid.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the fines shall continue to accrue until Respondents come into
compliance or until Judgment is rendered in a suit to foreclose on a lien filed pursuant to Section 162.09 Florida
Statutes.
Any aggrieved party may appeal a final order of the Board to the Circuit Court within thirty(30)days of
the execution of the Order appealed. An appeal shall not be a hearing de novo,but shall be limited to appellate
review of the record created within. Filing an Appeal shall not stay the Board's Order.
