Update on Administrative Code Status and schedule of recommendations/adoption Mr. Brooker called the meeting to order at 1:37pm. A quorum was established. (Kathy Curatolo, CBIA; Dom Amico, CBIA;Jeremy French, CSWF; Mark Strain, Hearing Examiner, and Brad Muckel, Immokalee CRA were also present). Ms. Cilek outlined the schedule for review of the Administrative Code with adoption by the Board of County Commissioners anticipated in the fall of 2013. The next Subcommittee meeting will be held on July 23, 2013 at 2:30pm. 2. Review of Administrative Code Ms. Cilek presented the "Collier County Land Development Regulations Administrative Code— Draft June 25, 2013" for review. She circulated the document "DSAC Meeting February 28, 2013— Overview of changes to the Administrative Code" and outlined the changes to Administrative Code made by Staff based on comments from the 1/24/13 and 2/28/13 Subcommittee meetings. Administrative Code Chapters The Subcommittee reviewed the Draft and Staff incorporated minor real time changes into the document. Substantial comments for consideration were noted below. Comment: Consideration should be given to ensure the Administrative Code contains either specific or general language outlining the requirements for approval by the Board of County Commissioners (super majority vs. majority vote items). Review of LDC amendments Ms. Cilek reported the Subcommittee could review any of the LDC amendments at the next meeting and requested the Subcommittee review the amendments ahead of time. 4. Code of Laws and Ordinances, Chapter 2 Administration,Article 1, Division 2 (Administrative Code (Ordinance 2004-66) Ordinance to be repealed and sections relocated to the LDC as applicable) There being no further business for the good of the County, the meeting was adjourned by the order of the Chair at 5:10 PM.
