The Honorable Special Magistrate Brenda Garretson called the Hearing to order at 9:03 AM. All
those testifying at the proceeding did so under oath.

Mr. Domingo was present and reported he has abated some of the violations and received all

Supervisor Letourneau had no objection to the request as it is not a Health, Safety and Welfare
issue.

• Given the limited time he operates the vehicle, he overlooked renewing it.
• On May 18 2013 he was cited for operating a Vehicle for Hire without the proper Collier
County certifications.
• On May 20, 2013 he fulfilled the necessary requirements for renewal of his license.
• He requested the fines be waived.
Investigator Crowley testified Mr. Cords was cooperative and addressed the issue
immediately.
The Special Magistrate found the respondent GUILTY of operating a Vehicle for Hire
without the proper County licenses, however given the circumstances, did not impose a fine.

Respondent did not accept the assistance.
The Special Magistrate reported the hearing is for the Imposition of Fines, and the original
case was heard in April of 2013 where a determination was made a violation existed on the
property.
Ms. Hail reported she did not attend the hearing.
The photos previously entered into evidence at the April 2013 hearing were viewed which
indicated debris on the property which still remains in violation of County Ordinances.
