FINDINGS OF FACT
1. Respondent is charged with violation of Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-58, Section 12, for a
dangerous building caused by tire damage.
ORDER
Based upon the foregoing,and pursuant to the authority granted in Chapter 162,Florida Statutes,
and Collier County Ordinance No.07-44, it is hereby ORDERED:
A. Respondent's Motion for Continuance of this case is granted.
B. All parties shall be re-noticed for a subsequent hearing date.
