THIS CAUSE came on for public hearing before the Special Magistrate on March 20, 2009, and
the Special Magistrate, having considered the matter and being duly advised in the premises, hereupon
issues its Findings of Fact,Conclusions of Law,and Order of the Special Magistrate,as follows:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. Respondent is charged with violation of the Collier County Code of Laws and Ordinances,
Section 130-66(1)(H)for parking in fire lane.
ORDER
Based upon the foregoing,and pursuant to the authority granted in Chapter 162,Florida Statutes,
and Collier County Ordinance No.07-44, it is hereby ORDERED:
A. The Special Magitsrate continues this case.
B. All parties shall be re-noticed for a subsequent hearing date.
