'Jj. 79-62).WHEREAS, the petitioner William J. Ryan, Jr. desires to build a ;
home at Lot 19, Block 14, Unit 2, Bonita Shores (528 West Valley ;v. .
t lj Drive) and has requested a variance from the Minimum Base Flood r
Elevation required by the Ord. No. 79-62; and, '• w'
WHEREAS, the Board of toning Appeals has held a public hearing
`^ as required by law; has reviewed Petition FDPO-81-V-3 in accordance
with Section 18 (5), (6) and (7), and has made a finding that the ' r
granting of this petition complies with the intent and purpose of ,`# ;•

(5) The 1.5 foot reduction from the Flood Insurance Rate Map

of 11.75'. The requested variance will put the elevation of the
petitioner's home at approximately the same elevation. ,,
